We’re Hiring: Solar Design Engineer – EPC

Green Peers is growing, and we’re looking for a Solar Design Engineer who enjoys solving real problems, taking ownership and seeing designs move from the screen to the site.

This is not a role limited to preparing drawings. You will work across the complete project lifecycle—from feasibility and system design to procurement support, execution and commissioning.

What you’ll work on:

• Rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects
• Solar PV layouts, SLDs and string sizing
• System sizing, shadow analysis and energy-yield simulations
• DC and AC cable sizing, earthing and lightning-protection design
• BOQs, technical specifications and equipment selection
• Tender, GFC and as-built drawings
• Technical coordination with procurement, project and site teams
• Design support during installation, testing and commissioning

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience in solar EPC design




• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, PVsyst, HelioScope/SketchUp and MS Excel
• Sound understanding of solar modules, inverters and electrical systems
• A practical approach to design and the ability to take responsibility for deliverables
