Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Experience Range:

6-8 years of overall experience with a minimum 3-4 years of experience on ServiceNow Custom Applications Development and Implementation. Hands on experience in Portal and Gen AI use cases and RPA.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS) are preferred.
RPA tool certification is a plus.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation & ServiceNow Engineer with strong expertise in ServiceNow development, enterprise automation, RPA, and modern UI frameworks. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing workflow automations, ServiceNow enhancements, AI-driven solutions, and front-end components while ensuring robust integrations across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, hands-on development experience, and a solid understanding of process re-engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop,



and enhance ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and scoped applications.
Build and deploy RPA automations across supported platforms (ServiceNow RPA, UiPath, or equivalent).
Implement AI-driven features using LLMs, AI APIs, cognitive automation, and GenAI frameworks to improve decisioning and workflow intelligence
Modeling & Development: Design, train, evaluate, and optimize ML/DL models (e.g., prediction, classification, recommendation, NLP).
Develop energetic user interfaces and dashboards using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related UI technologies.
Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
Participate in end-to-end automation lifecycle: process analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
