We're looking for an Operations Manager to run the delivery engine: the machine that carries a candidate from enrolment all the way to Germany.
The role in one line You own everything operational once a candidate is enrolled the team, the schedule, the candidate journey, and the problems so candidates keep moving and nothing falls through the cracks.

What you'll own
The candidate journey. Once a candidate is handed to operations, you own their progress to Germany - documents, language pathway, and the momentum in between. You keep them moving and motivated across a 12–24 month journey.
The team. You manage the operations team (documentation & candidate success, fees & attendance, support) setting priorities, unblocking them, and holding standards.
Escalations.



You're where the hard tickets land the ones the team can't resolve. You solve them, and you keep the candidate whole while you do.
Batches & scheduling. With our Academic Lead, you coordinate trainer scheduling and batch assignment, and make sure batches form and run on time.
The rhythm. You run the weekly operations cadence and feed the monthly MIS review so the whole team works off the same numbers.

What we're looking for
4–6 years in operations, ideally in education, ed-tech, study-abroad, or a service business where candidates or students were the product
Real people-management experience you've run a team, not just a process
Calm under escalation — you get sharper when things get messy, not rattled
Robust communicator in English and Hindi
Genuinely organised -SLAs, trackers, follow-through and comfortable being measured on outcomes

Nice to have
Exposure to overseas education, visa/documenta
