We’re hiring someone to lead strategic growth projects and assist in running our US operations. This is a high-ownership role: you would own the P&L; for projects/US operations, work closely with our vendors and customers, and do whatever it takes to increase the volume of high-quality data we collect.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Can manage and scale a contributor base of thousands of people
Is comfortable forecasting data demand and contributor/supply capacity
Can work closely with customers and vendors to unblock operations and drive growth
Is comfortable overlapping with EST/PST hours
The role is based in India for now. Compensation has no cap and bonuses are very strongly linked to the PnL you own.
