Role Description The Relationship Manager Retail Agriculture will manage and grow a portfolio of agriculture and rural retail customers in the Jalalabad region. This in office, full-time role involves acquiring new customers, understanding their financial and agricultural needs,



and offering appropriate banking products such as loans, deposits, and payment solutions. The role includes regular field visits, building strong relationships with farmers and agri-entrepreneurs, assessing credit requirements, and supporting timely loan processing and disbursal. The Relationship Manager will monitor account performance, ensure high-quality customer service, and address queries or issues promptly. Responsibilities also include adherence to bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management standards, while collaborating with branch teams to achieve business and profitability targets.
Qualifications

Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term engagement in rural and agriculture-focused markets.
Knowledge of retail banking products, especially agriculture and rural credit, along with basic understanding of loan documentation
