As an AI Operations Incident Commander, you will play a pivotal role in managing and strategizing within our Managed Services. This position is client-facing, where you will be responsible for overseeing the resolution of complex incidents, confirming seamless operations, and maintaining client satisfaction. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to build meaningful client connections and guide junior team members. You will be expected to navigate complex situations, anticipate client needs,



and uphold skilled standards.
