Growmento — Remote Business Development Intern
Growmento is looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to help us acquire recent clients for our digital marketing services.
You will research potential businesses, identify decision-makers, conduct personalized outreach, follow up with prospects, and book qualified meetings.
This is a remote, performance-based opportunity with commission on successfully closed and paid clients.
Responsibilities
Research potential business prospects
Identify founders/owners/marketing decision-makers
Build and maintain prospect lists
Conduct personalized LinkedIn/email/WhatsApp outreach where appropriate
Follow up with prospects
Qualify interested businesses
Book meetings
Maintain accurate CRM records
Report daily/weekly activity
Continuously improve outreach based on results

Compensation
Commission-based, with 10% commission on the first payment collected from clients acquired through the intern's efforts, subject to Growmento's commission policy.
