? We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager (2-3 Years Experience)

Are you someone who lives for campaign performance, loves cracking the algorithm, and gets genuinely excited when a CPL drops (or rankings climb)? We want to talk to you.

What you'll be doing:
? Plan and execute campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads & social platforms
? Plan and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility
? Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and track SEO performance (rankings, organic traffic, backlinks)
? Track and optimize campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, engagement)
? Collaborate with designers/content teams to create scroll-stopping creatives
? Report on performance and turn data into real strategy

What we're looking for:




✅ 2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
✅ Solid working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
✅ Working knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
✅ Comfortable with Google Analytics / Meta Insights
✅ Robust grasp of social platforms and current content trends
✅ Sharp communication skills, both written and verbal
✅ A portfolio of past campaigns you're proud of

Bonus points for:
⭐ Experience with Canva/Meta Business Suite
⭐ Basic copywriting skills for ads, captions, and SEO content
⭐ Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification
