* SQL: Good hands-on expertise with joins, data transformations, and basic SQL
functions.
* Programming: Strong coding skills—preferably in Server-Side JavaScript
(SSJS), AMPscript, or Python.
* Data Modeling: Solid understanding of data concepts, including data
profiling and schema design.
* Web Basics: Foundational web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
* Integrations & Systems
* System Integrations: Experience connecting platforms using APIs,
microservices, or native/inbuilt connectors.
* Low-Code / No-Code: Experience working with low-code or no-code integration
tools.
* Marketing Tech Experience: Hands-on knowledge of marketing tools and domain
concepts, including experience integrating systems like Salesforce
Marketing Cloud, Adobe Workfront, DAM, or Microsoft Teams.
* Problem Solving & Soft Skills
* Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
* Good communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
