Experience: 2–5 Years in TPE/TPR/TPO Compounding

Job Responsibilities

* Operate and monitor TPE Twin-Screw Extruder machine.
* Start-up, shutdown and operate the complete extrusion line safely.
* Set and monitor temperature zones, RPM, pressure, feeding speed and torque as per formulation.
* Handle raw material feeding and dosing according to production formulation.
* Monitor extruder output, strand/die-face cutting and pellet quality.
* Maintain consistent production as per required quality and quantity targets.
* Identify and troubleshoot common machine/process problems during production.
* Monitor material flow, melt pressure, temperature and machine load.
* Coordinate with the production and quality team for product specifications.
* Maintain proper housekeeping, 5S and safety standards around the machine.
* Record production data,



batch details and machine parameters.
* Ensure proper cleaning and changeover of the extrusion line between batches.

Required Skills & Qualification

* 2–5 years of experience in TPE / TPR / TPO compounding preferred.
* Practical experience with Twin-Screw Extruder.
* Knowledge of polymers such as SEBS, SBS, PP, oil and additives.
* Understanding of basic TPE quality parameters such as Hardness, Tensile, Elongation, MFI and Density.
* Ability to understand production formulations and follow process instructions.
* Good machine-handling and troubleshooting skills.
* Responsible, hardworking and willing to work in shifts.
