Role Description The Field Sales Executive role is a full-time, on site position responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening Atlasship’s presence in target markets. Day to day activities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting virtual and on ground meetings, presenting logistics solutions, and following up to close deals. The role involves managing a sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and collaborating with operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The Field Sales Executive will also gather market insights, contribute to sales strategies, and represent the brand professionally in all stakeholder interactions.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to conduct prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management using CRM or similar tools.
Solid communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain logistics solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Experience in field sales, business development, or account management, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related sectors.
Comfort working remotely, with solid time-management, organization, and self-motivation.
