The Role
We're seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team in a remote, full time capacity. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, connecting with prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward the right educational pathway.
This is a consultative sales role where you'll act as both a trusted career adviser and a skilled closer, helping individuals make life-changing decisions about their professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct targeted calling campaigns and email marketing to engage prospective students
Understand each prospect's career goals, background, and aspirations to recommend the most suitable programs
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to enrollment and conversion
Provide expert guidance on career pathways, program benefits, and learning outcomes
Present comprehensive information about our programs, pricing, curriculum, and career outcomes
Build trust and rapport with prospects throughout their decision-making journey
Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity
Collaborate with marketing and programme teams to improve lead gener
