Role Description The Branch Office Administrator is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role includes operating office equipment, preparing basic reports, supporting inventory and order documentation, and assisting in scheduling meetings or visits. The administrator will respond to customer inquiries,



provide information about products and orders, and ensure a professional and efficient experience for visitors and clients. This role also supports branch-level administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and adherence to company procedures.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage daily branch operations efficiently.
Candidates should be comfortable working with Office Equipment and basic computer tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and office software).
Candidates should have solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in an office or branch administration role, preferably in distribution, healthcare, or retail, is an advantage.
