We are currently hiring for a Workday Extend Consultant role and are looking for professionals with strong hands-on experience in Workday Extend application development and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy Workday Extend applications and integrations using EIB and Web Services.
Build reusable components following Workday best practices.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Ensure security, compliance, and high-quality deliverables.
Participate in the complete development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Qualifications




2+ years of hands-on Workday Extend experience.
Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
Hands-on experience developing at least 2 Workday Extend applications end-to-end.
Experience with Model Objects, Orchestrations, and Security Domains.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, and Agile methodologies.
Workday Extend Certification – Mandatory.
Workday Integration experience is an added advantage.
O4I Certification – Preferred, but not mandatory.
