About the Job:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Content Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality, and SEO-friendly content across multiple digital platforms while maintaining consistency in brand messaging and driving audience engagement.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create compelling content for websites, blogs/Insights, LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, product communication, and marketing collateral.
Develop SEO-optimized content to improve website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic.
Research industry trends across digital rewards, employee engagement, corporate gifting, loyalty programs, gift cards, incentives, and B2B technology to create relevant and engaging content.
Proofread, edit, and optimize content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and brand consistency.
Collaborate with the design, SEO, sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to execute content strategies.
Manage and update website content using CMS platforms.




Ensure all content aligns with NuSwipe’s brand tone, positioning, business objectives, and target audience.
Create content for product pages, landing pages, campaigns, presentations, case studies, and corporate communication as required.
Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement, SEO insights, and analytics.

REQUIREMENTS:
1–3 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or a similar role.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong creative writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
Good understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and digital marketing concepts.
Ability to research B2B, technology, rewards, employee engagement, corporate gifting, and related industries.
Robust research, organizational, and time management skills.
