Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will lead business development for Bharat Screed’s laser floor screeding solutions, identifying recent opportunities with contractors, engineers, and construction firms,



and nurturing existing client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. The role involves collaborating closely with the technical and operations teams to understand product capabilities, gather customer feedback, and support post-sales engagement. The Sales Manager will also track market trends, participate in industry events, and contribute to sales strategies that expand Bharat Screed’s presence across regions and project types.
Qualifications

Strong skills in B2B sales, account management, and business development in industrial or construction equipment markets.
Experience with customer relationship management, including lead generation, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.
