Blendonomics makes hot chocolate and dessert premixes for cafes across India. We're small, we move fast, and we're hiring one person in Rohtak to be the founder's right hand. Half operations, half camera, full chaos.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Call leads. Real ones. On the phone. With your voice.

Run orders end to end and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Travel with the founders to meetings, cafes, factories, wherever the work is.

Be our behind-the-scenes camera person: shoot the raw stuff, cut it into something people actually want to watch.

Absorb everything. This is a front-row seat to how a business gets built.

YOU'LL BE EXCELLENT AT THIS IF

You live in Rohtak city. Not commuting in from Sonipat or Delhi. We've tried that and it doesn't hold up over months. This one is non-negotiable.





You can talk to a stranger on the phone without needing 20 minutes to psych yourself up.

You've made videos before. Reels, vlogs, edits for fun, it doesn't matter. We care that you have an eye, not that you own a DSLR.

You're organised in the boring way. Follow-ups, spreadsheets, remembering the thing nobody wrote down.

You want to learn how a company works from the inside, not just do one narrow task well.

YOU'LL HATE THIS IF

THE DEAL

Starts as a 3-month internship. If you're good, and you'll know because we'll tell you, it becomes a full operations role with a real bump. We're not dangling a maybe. The bar gets written down on day one.
