Role Description The Operations Intern role is an on-site internship based in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily operational activities, including coordinating training schedules, tracking program progress, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Responsibilities include assisting with process optimization,



collaborating with mentors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of courses, and helping address learner queries in a timely manner. The intern may also contribute to data collection and reporting for operational performance, support small projects to improve efficiency, and participate in regular team meetings to align on goals and priorities.
