About the Role

We are looking for someone who can understand clients, understand numbers and make things happen.

This is NOT a traditional client-servicing role where you simply take requests from clients and pass them on to internal teams.

You will work closely with healthcare clients, understand their business and digital performance,



coordinate with multiple internal teams and ensure that the right things get done.

We are looking for someone with strong aptitude, analytical thinking, communication skills and a high sense of ownership who can start by supporting client accounts and, over time, grow into owning the 360° digital growth of healthcare clients.

What You'll Do

Work closely with healthcare clients and build strong, trusted relationships.
Understand client requirements, priorities and business objectives.
Translate client conversations into transparent actions for internal teams.
Coordinate across Performance Marketing, SEO, Website, Content, Design and Technology teams.
Track multiple deliverables, timelines and dependencies and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Analyse client performance reports and dashboards to identify important trends, gaps and opportunities.
Go beyond reporting numbers—understand what happened, why it happened and what should happen next.
