Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai for Site Supervisors for Interior Projects. The role involves overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure accurate execution of interior design plans. Responsibilities include monitoring progress against project schedules,



conducting regular site inspections, verifying quality of materials and workmanship, and ensuring safety and compliance with design specifications. The Site Supervisor will manage on-site resources, handle basic measurements and layout checks, address issues or deviations promptly, and provide clear status updates and documentation to the design and project management teams.
Qualifications
Experience in supervising interior fit-out or construction sites, with ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Strong coordination skills for working with contractors, vendors, and clients, including basic project scheduling and follow-up.
Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, fixtures, and installation practices, with attention to quality and detail.
Understanding of site safety practices, local regulations, and basic compliance requirements relevant to interior projects.
