Role Description:

This is a full-time remote Associate role. The Associate will support business leaders across Joshiz’s portfolio with research, analysis, and operational execution. Typical responsibilities include conducting market and competitive research, preparing reports and presentations, assisting with project management, and helping implement strategic initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, tracking key performance metrics,



and contributing to process improvements. The Associate is expected to take ownership of tasks, communicate clearly, and work effectively in a distributed, digital-first environment.

Qualifications

Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into explicit insights and recommendations.
Experience with business operations or project coordination, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms, and online communication tools).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
Self-directed work style, reliability in a remote setting, and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
