We are excited to open an opportunity for a Lean Coordinator to join the Lean & Operational Excellence team at Walkaroo International, Coimbatore.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who are passionate about Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence, and want hands-on exposure across multiple manufacturing plants.

? What you’ll work on:

Lean Manufacturing – 5S, Kaizen, VSM, waste elimination & standardization
Process Improvement – Time & Motion Studies, line balancing & productivity improvement
Continuous Improvement – Lead Kaizen projects and drive measurable improvements
Process Standardization – SOPs, Work Instructions & Visual Management
Performance Monitoring – KPI tracking, dashboards & improvement reports
Training & Awareness – Lean training and continuous improvement culture
Cross-functional Coordination – Work with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning & other teams
Cost & Waste Reduction – Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize processes




Digital & Data Analytics – Maintain project data and support improvement dashboards

? What we are looking for:

Motivated individuals with a robust willingness to learn, take ownership and contribute to real-time Lean and operational improvement projects.

? Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Engineering graduates preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an added advantage

? Experience:

0–3 years of experience in Lean / Continuous Improvement / Operations
Freshers with a strong interest in Lean & Operational Excellence can also apply

? Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

? Salary: ₹20,000/month
? Annual CTC: ₹2.40 Lakhs

✈️ Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across Walkaroo manufacturing plants in India.
