Role Overview
For a global ERP transformation program (2026–2029), deploying an enterprise ERP template across manufacturing sites and replacing legacy systems.
The PMO will play a pivotal role in supporting governance, planning, reporting, and delivery oversight across multiple projects in collaboration with Accenture.

Mandatory Requirements
PMO / Program Management: 5–8 years of experience leading large transformation programs
Global communication skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to articulate and communicate effectively at a global level
Problem‑solving mindset: Skilled at identifying program challenges and applying best practices to resolve them
Governance & planning expertise: Strong PMO governance, integrated planning,



RAID management, and budget oversight
Vendor management: Experience managing external system integrators (e.g., Accenture)
Stakeholder engagement: Robust stakeholder management and executive‑level reporting
Tools proficiency: Proficient in MS Project (or equivalent), Excel, and portfolio reporting tools

Nice to Have
ERP implementation experience (SAP preferred)
Industry exposure in healthcare, pharma, or manufacturing
Global rollout experience across multiple countries or sites
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
