Location: Whitefield / Hoskote / Malur Experience: 4 - 7 Years Salary: Competitive Performance Incentives Qualification: Graduation | MBA (positive to have) Employment: Full-Time, Permanent Key Responsibilities • Own monthly, quarterly & annual revenue, booking and collection targets • Lead, coach and manage Sales Managers and sales teams • Drive daily sales reviews and monitor team performance • Improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversions • Ensure CRM discipline, follow-ups and accurate MIS reporting • Recruit, train and develop high-performing sales teams • Coordinate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, CRM, Legal, Finance & Operations • Handle strategic negotiations and key customer closures • Develop strong relationships with developers, landowners and channel partners • Monitor collections,
