Skills:
Tender document comprehension — ability to read a long RFP/RFQ/EOI and quickly extract eligibility criteria, scope, deadlines, evaluation method, and disqualifiers. This is the single most important skill.
Compliance & detail orientation — building a checklist of every required document and certificate so nothing gets missed.

Read tender documents in full and prepare a transparent compliance checklist — eligibility criteria, required documents, deadlines, and disqualifiers
Conduct research for tender opportunities

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience.
