We provide personalised guidance across student profile development, university strategy, applications, essays, and the overall admissions journey. We are looking for a high-performing, target-driven Regional Sales Manager who will initially operate as an Individual Contributor , owning the complete sales cycle and revenue target for an assigned region. Role Overview As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be directly responsible for converting qualified student and parent leads into CollegePass clients . This is not a people-management role at this stage . Your primary focus will be individual sales performance, consultations, follow-ups, closures, and revenue generation.



You will work with families considering premium college admissions advisory services and will be expected to build trust, understand their requirements, position CollegePass effectively, and drive opportunities through to enrolment. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Ownership Own an individual monthly and quarterly revenue target . Manage the complete sales cycle from lead allocation to consultation, follow-up, negotiation, closure, and payment. Conduct high-quality consultations with students and parents. Understand the student's academic profile, university aspirations, challenges, and admissions requirements. Recommend and position the appropriate CollegePass programme. Consistently follow up with prospective families and move qualified opportunities towards closure. Maintain a healthy pipeline to achieve predictable monthly revenue.
