Do
Run multiple full-fledged projects with multiple teams
Demonstrate excellent time-management and multi-tasking capability
Build & manage strategic design practice within the studio; introduce new tools, frameworks & best practices focusing on strategy, service design & design phases
Run sales/strategy activities to create new and rebiz opportunities
Independently lead projects & accounts; research, strategy, service design & UI/ UX design opportunities
Drive thought leadership for clients & industry; public speaking, conduct trainings, design courses
Drive cross-discipline development
Excel at communication and engagement
Groom leaders and own development of teams
Establish rituals for sharing, learning, and collaborating
Develop strong collaborative and commercial network with other studios




Set direction for the studio in line with Designit’s strategy
