Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the Architecture and Interior Design teams across all projects. • Drive the conceptualization, planning, design development, and execution of residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects. • Review and approve architectural and interior design drawings, layouts, specifications, and material selections. • Coordinate with Projects, MEP, Planning, Liaison, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless project delivery. • Manage external architects, interior consultants, landscape consultants, and design agencies. • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, DCPR norms, and local authority requirements. • Monitor project design schedules and ensure timely delivery of drawings and design milestones.



• Provide technical guidance and solutions during project execution to address design-related challenges. • Review value engineering proposals while maintaining design quality and functionality. • Oversee budgeting and cost optimization related to architectural and interior works. • Conduct regular design review meetings and site visits to monitor implementation quality.
• Support the Sales and Marketing teams with project presentations, brochures, sample flats, and customer-facing design initiatives. • Drive innovation, sustainability, and industry best practices in architectural and interior design.
