At On Spot Energy, we’re building a consumer brand around portable energy — and we want someone who can help make our content impossible to ignore.

We’re looking for a creative, trend-driven Content & Social Media Manager who understands what works on Instagram today and can turn ideas into content.

What you’ll own:
• Instagram & Facebook
• Reels & short-form video
• Content strategy & calendar
• Trend research & execution
• UGC & customer stories
• Influencer discovery & collaborations
• Founder-led content
• Product storytelling
• Campaign content
• Community engagement

You should be someone who:
• Understands social media beyond just posting
• Constantly follows new content & Reel trends
• Can turn an idea into an actual shoot




• Has a solid sense of storytelling
• Can shoot / coordinate / edit short-form content
• Is comfortable experimenting with new formats
• Has 2–4 years of relevant experience

We’re not looking for someone to “manage Instagram.”

We’re looking for someone who wants to build the voice, personality & content culture of a growing D2C brand.
