Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at PAN BEAUTY in Dindigul. The Sales Executive will welcome customers, understand their beauty needs, provide product recommendations, and assist with trials and demonstrations. The role involves managing sales transactions, maintaining store displays, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the store is clean and visually appealing. The Sales Executive will also handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns,



and contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales targets. Additional responsibilities include learning product features, staying updated on new arrivals, and supporting promotional activities within the store.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
Sales and retail experience, including handling transactions, upselling, and working towards sales targets.
Basic knowledge or strong interest in cosmetics, skincare, and beauty trends, with a willingness to learn product details.
Good communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and respectful interaction with diverse customers.
Ability to work on-site in Dindigul, stand for extended periods, and manage a quick-paced retail environment.
Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple customers, stock checks, and store upkeep.
