Role Description The Head of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior. This role is responsible for leading the sales function, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue and growth targets across product lines. Day-to-day activities include managing key accounts, overseeing the sales pipeline, conducting performance reviews, coordinating with marketing and product teams,



and preparing forecasts and reports for senior leadership. The Head of Sales will build, mentor, and motivate the sales team, establish solid customer relationships, and represent the company at meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and lead go-to-market initiatives.
Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills to nurture key customer relationships and ensure long-term partnerships.
Candidates should possess proven Team Management skills to recruit, develop, and guide a high-performing sales team.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize sales strategies, and support decision-making.
Extensive experience in B2B or industrial/automotive/aerospace sales is preferred.
