Role Description The Senior Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for driving B2B sales growth in domestic and international markets.



The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and jewelry brands. Daily activities include conducting sales meetings and presentations, coordinating with design and production teams to align client requirements, preparing quotations and proposals, and negotiating pricing and terms. The Senior Sales Executive will track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide feedback to management on product positioning and competitive activity. The role also includes attending trade events, managing follow-ups, ensuring timely order closures, and supporting clients throughout the sales and post-sales process.
Qualifications
Solid B2B sales, business development, and account management skills, preferably within jewelry, luxury goods, or related industries.
