Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Creative Strategist & Lead Graphic Designer who blends visual storytelling with direct-response marketing. You will bridge high-level creative strategy and hands-on execution, turning scientific, multi-active skincare concepts into high-converting visual assets across paid ads, marketplaces (Amazon, Quick-Commerce), social media, and digital storefronts.
You must be deeply skilled in core design tools while leveraging up-to-date AI-assisted design and video workflows to iterate and produce creative collateral quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performance & Brand Creative Execution: Design high-converting ad creatives (static, motion graphics, video hooks, carousels) for Meta, Google, and marketplace campaigns.
- Packaging & Digital Merchandising: Develop clean, modern packaging artwork, product renders, enhanced brand content (EBC/A+ content), and landing page visuals that reflect an evidence-based skincare brand.
- AI-Integrated Creative Workflow: Use generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Kling, Firefly,



ChatGPT/Claude for prompt engineering) to rapidly prototype concepts, generate textures, backgrounds, and storyboard video assets.
- Cross-Channel Strategy: Partner with the growth and marketing team to analyze creative metrics (CTR, Thumbstop Rate, ROAS), running iterative design tests to optimize performance.
- Video & Motion Editing: Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok/Shorts, UGC mashups) using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects with sharp typography, sound design, and pacing.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Core Tool Proficiency: Expert command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.
- AI & Fast-Prototyping Tools: Proven workflow integrating Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway/Pika, Topaz, or similar generative platforms into practical production pipelines.
