Job Purpose
Qualpro Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a senior, result-oriented Vice President - Marketing & Business Development to drive business growth across aluminium fabrication, facade, glazing and architectural building solutions. The role requires solid market relationships, project identification capability, disciplined follow-up and the ability to convert large opportunities into profitable orders.

Role Description




The Vice President of Marketing and Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for leading marketing strategy and business growth initiatives, including planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that support brand positioning and revenue targets. Day-to-day activities include overseeing market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and guiding the development of promotional and communication plans. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership, sales, and project teams to align marketing and business development goals, set performance metrics, and track results. The Vice President will also mentor and lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure consistent, high-quality representation of the Qual Pro Aluminium brand in all external communications.
