Ctrl Plus Z is looking for a Graphic Designer who can actually think creatively not just execute templates.

We work with multiple brands, different industries and fast-moving campaigns, so we need someone who can understand a brief, develop a strong visual direction and turn an idea into work that makes people stop scrolling.

What You’ll Be Doing
Create high-quality social media creatives, carousels, campaign visuals and digital ad creatives
Develop fresh visual concepts for multiple brands across different industries
Translate briefs and marketing ideas into strong creative executions
Maintain individual Brand identities, Visual Systems and Consistency
Create custom illustrations and graphic elements when required
Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms
Work closely with the social media, content and strategy teams
Manage multiple creative requirements without compromising quality
Take feedback,



improve quickly and deliver within deadlines

What We’re Looking For
2-4 years of qualified graphic design experience
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
CorelDRAW
Illustration
Experience handling multiple brands simultaneously
Strong understanding of:
Typography
Layout
Colour
Composition
Visual hierarchy
Branding
Ability to create concepts from scratch, not depend entirely on templates
Strong sense of current social media and advertising design
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication and time-management skills
