? Your missions?
• Lead and coordinate a regional transformation portfolio across multiple countries, functions and workstreams.
• Provide clear visibility on portfolio health, priorities, risks, dependencies and key decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Drive PMO governance, reporting, delivery standards and transformation roadmaps across the region.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalations, ensuring timely mitigation and decision-making.
• Partner with Business and Digital/IT leaders to align global transformation objectives with regional execution.
• Embed change management, stakeholder engagement and adoption activities into transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-market delivery across Business, Digital/IT, Finance, Supply Chain and other functions.
• Support Project Managers and stakeholders in improving delivery capabilities,



ways of working and continuous improvement.
✍️ Your profile?
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in PMO, programme management, portfolio management or business transformation within complex international environments.
• Proven experience managing governance, risks, dependencies and delivery across multi-country and multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with qualified fluency in English.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures, time zones and matrix organisations, with a pragmatic and delivery-focused mindset.
Nice to have:
• Previous experience in enterprise transformation, carve-out/separation programmes, Digital & AI transformation, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or another regulated industry would be a plus.
