Role Description The Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Service Engineer will perform day-to-day field service activities, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of solar inverters and welding machines at customer locations. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, providing timely troubleshooting and technical support, and ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently. The role involves documenting service visits, preparing basic reports,



coordinating with internal teams for spare parts and follow-up actions, and supporting customers through explicit, professional communication. The Service Engineer is expected to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for solar inverters and welding machines.
Candidates should possess hands-on Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills for electrical and electronic equipment.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline is preferred.
Knowledge of inverter technology, welding equipment, and basic power electronics is beneficial.
Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service documentation.
