Strategic Importance of This Role The Sales Manager is critical to the company's success, directly responsible for ensuring growth, revenue, and gross margin targets are consistently achieved. This role owns the creation and maintenance of the Sales Playbook, ensuring every salesperson is trained and proficient in our firm's strategic, ROI-based sales methodology and selling system.
