Position: Sr. Business Development Executive Experience: 2-4 Years (US outbound / BPO voice + technical sales) Location: Thane- Mumbai Working mode: 4 Days onsite- 1 Day remote Work Time Zone: US Time Zone (Night Shift) Employment Type: Full time Service Lines: GIS & SAP About the Role Cybertech is looking for a confident, " hunter" mentality caller to drive top-of-funnel demand for the US market - primarily over the phone. This is a voice-led role: your day is built around high-volume outbound calling, navigating gatekeepers, sparking interest with senior stakeholders, and qualifying prospects. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling (Primary Channel) Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to US-based prospects across Cybertech's service lines and deliver qualified Discovery Calls. Navigate gatekeepers, handle objections, and steer conversations toward interest with senior stakeholders. Deliver crisp, value-led pitches over the phone, tailored to the relevant offering and persona.



Quickly learn and confidently represent multiple Cybertech’s offerings - geospatial solutions and SAP solutions. Adapt to campaign-appropriate messaging used accurately across both GIS and SAP. Book discovery meetings and hand qualified leads to the BD head. Log every call, outcome, and follow-up in the CRM. Delivery : 100% call and activity capture for accurate reporting and clean pipeline data. Use a multichannel approach to meet the targets for number of discovery calls. Required Skills & Experience 2 - 4 years of outbound/inside sales or BPO voice-process experience calling the US market. Quota-carrying experience in technical / IT sales (IT services, software, SaaS, hardware, or technology solutions). A genuine cold-calling strength - a confident, high-volume caller who is energized by being on the phone, not reliant on email. Experience and comfort calling US-based prospects - cultural fluency and comfort with US business hours. Excellent spoken English with a explicit
