Business Development Executive-JD Location: (Kochi/ Remote) Department: Sales & Business Development Experience Level: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full time About the Role We are looking for a high-octane, results-driven Business Development Executive to own end-to-end pipeline generation, outreach, proposal creation, and closure across the FMCG, Retail, and Entertainment sectors. In this role, you will be a true hunter—building your own pipeline, running structured discovery, converting high-value brand and agency deals, and owning your revenue targets. You won't wait for inbound leads to land on your lap; you have the grit to prospect, pitch, navigate deal blockers, and close. What You Will Own 1. Pipeline Generation & Revenue Closure Proactive Prospecting: Source high-quality leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, warm intros, and industry event networking. Structured Discovery: Lead initial discovery calls to map out campaign objectives, budget bands, key decision-makers, timelines, and competitive landscapes before crafting proposals.



Tailored Proposals: Build high-converting proposals backed by sector-specific case studies and clear value propositions. CRM Discipline: Maintain flawless CRM hygiene (updating deal stages, next steps, and expected close dates) without needing to be chased. Target Ownership: Hit and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets. 2. Agency & Brand Relationship Management Agency Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and sign agency partners with active, recurring client briefs. Playbook Development: Build and refine a repeatable playbook for agency partnerships, commercial models, and contract terms. Client Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for every brand deal you close, managing contract terms, pricing queries, and campaign onboarding smooth hand-offs. Who You Are Proven Sales Track Record: 3+ years of hands-on B2B sales experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Influencer Marketing, MarTec
