Role Description This is a full-time, in office Travel Sales Consultant role located in Gurgaon. The Travel Sales Consultant will handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries, recommend suitable itineraries, and provide detailed information on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel packages.



Daily responsibilities include preparing quotations, processing bookings, coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other vendors, and ensuring accurate documentation for clients. The role involves managing customer queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong client relationships through follow-up and service quality. The Travel Sales Consultant will also work closely with internal teams to meet sales targets, update travel products, and contribute to promotional activities and market research.
Qualifications
Strong sales and customer service skills, including consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management.
Knowledge of travel industry operations, such as itinerary planning, fare rules, ticketing, and vendor coordination.
