Role Description The Associate Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai.



The Associate Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for designated residential societies, ensuring smooth functioning of NoBrokerHood’s community management platform and services. Responsibilities include coordinating with society management committees, residents, and security staff, monitoring service delivery quality, and resolving operational issues promptly. The role involves tracking performance metrics, preparing periodic reports, and implementing process improvements to enhance resident experience and operational efficiency. The Associate Manager will collaborate with internal teams such as product, customer support, and business development to support new feature adoption, drive engagement, and contribute to overall account growth.
