Company Description MARCS BizAdvisors Private Limited is a New Delhi–based qualified services firm that has been supporting NGOs and businesses for the past two years. The company offers end-to-end services including NGO, society, trust, and company registration, deed drafting and amendments, and regulatory registrations such as 12A, 80G, 35AC, FCRA, and FEMA. It also provides accounting, taxation, GST registration and return filing, logo design, trademark registration, and other legal compliance services. With a focus on helping organizations meet legal and financial requirements efficiently, MARCS BizAdvisors acts as a one-stop advisory partner for clients across sectors.
Role Description The Company Secretary will be responsible for managing corporate governance, statutory compliance, and regulatory filings for client entities, with a focus on NGO and business structures. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and maintaining statutory registers and records, drafting and reviewing corporate documents, coordinating board and general meetings, and ensuring timely filing of ROC, GST,



and tax-related forms. The role also involves advising clients on legal and compliance requirements, supporting incorporation and registration processes, and liaising with regulatory authorities as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of services.
Qualifications
Professional qualification as Company Secretary (CS), with active membership or candidature with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Strong knowledge of company law, NGO regulations, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks relevant to Indian entities.
Experience with drafting deeds, resolutions, minutes, and legal documentation, and maintaining statutory records and registers.
Familiarity with registration and compliance processes related to 12A, 80G, FCRA, FEMA, GST,
