Job Summary
The resource will work closely with our internal clients and databasetechnical platform team to automate data collection from source operationalsystems, aggregate and standardize the information in a data warehouse, anddevelop Tableau dashboards that leverage the warehouse to generatemeaningful client insights.
Service lines and regional points of contact will be provided to helpfacilitate interactions between clients and technology partners.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Creates, maintains and optimizes creative data visualizations and dashboardsto derive actionable intelligence.
Performs ad-hoc, strategic analysis of structured and unstructured dataacross multiple data sources, reflecting global real estate markets and theoperations of real estate assets.
Exhibits analytical rigor, judgment, and ability to present a comprehensive'data story' to multiple levels of the organization.
Defines data requirements, gathers and validates information, using judgmentand statistical tests.
Develops data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, andstandardize data in order to generate insights and addresses reporting needs.
Identifies and troubleshoots data integration and integrity issues incooperation with the appropriate CBRE business units; Designs workflows andprocedures.
Provide subject matter expertise on data-related processes and analyses.
Identifies opportunities to maximize data usage, applying modelling andoptimization methods to develop current strategies and improve businessperformance.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Excellent data management, manipulation, and analysis skills.
Highly skilled in dashboard design and development. Intermediate to advancedTableau skills are required.
Ability to create integrated data models from disparate sources.
