Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role manages the end-to-end admissions process, including counseling prospective learners, explaining programs and career pathways, and guiding applicants from initial inquiry through enrollment.



The branch manager oversees daily operations of the admissions office, monitors inquiries and conversions, and ensures accurate documentation and compliance with institutional policies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing local outreach strategies, coordinating with marketing for events and campaigns, and building relationships with schools, colleges, and industry partners. The role also involves leading and mentoring the admissions team, setting performance goals, preparing regular reports on admissions metrics, and maintaining high standards of customer service and learner experience.
