Role Description The Architect at Skyne Homes will contribute to the design and delivery of residential and high-rise projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, safety standards, and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, producing detailed drawings and documentation, coordinating with structural engineers and contractors, and reviewing designs for feasibility, quality, and cost-efficiency.



The role involves participating in site visits, monitoring construction progress, and resolving design-related issues to maintain project timelines and budgets. The Architect will also collaborate with the project management team to streamline communication, integrate design changes, and support productive execution. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mysore, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
