Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Technical Contributor with strong expertise in contemporary Java and Angular technologies. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with development while also providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, identifying outdated implementation patterns, and ensuring high standards of code quality, architecture, security, and maintainability.
The candidate will work closely with Matrix Technical Leads and augmented development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.

Roles & Responsibilities
Independently design, develop, test, and implement features across the Java/Spring Boot and Angular stack.
Review code developed by augmented developers and provide constructive technical feedback.
Identify outdated or inefficient implementation patterns and recommend modern framework practices.
Raise architectural, scalability, security, and maintainability concerns proactively.
Help developers troubleshoot technical issues and remove development blockers.
Collaborate closely with Matrix Technical Leads on technical decisions and implementation approaches.
Establish and promote consistent coding standards and development best practices.
Ensure applications follow clean architecture, secure coding practices, and maintainable design principles.
Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and code-review sessions.
