You will be on the phone, on email, and in conversation with senior business leaders every day, inviting them to participate, profiling their companies before outreach, and following through until they walk in.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, confident and target-oriented sales professional who is comfortable speaking with senior business leaders over the phone and email. The role involves identifying relevant entrepreneurs and industry leaders, researching their companies and profiles, making outbound calls, extending formal invitations,



following up consistently and ensuring confirmed delegates attend the event. This is a sales-driven role and requires someone who is comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, follow-ups and achieving defined targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate leads of entrepreneurs, business leaders, CXOs, investors and other relevant decision-makers.
• Research and profile companies and individuals before initiating outreach.
• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective delegates.
• Introduce Hurun India events professionally and communicate the relevance and value of participation.
• Send formal event invitations through email and other approved communication channels.
• Follow up consistently with prospects through the complete sales cycle.
• Convert prospects into confirmed event delegates.
