Role Description: The AGM / DGM – Production (TOPCon Solar Cell Manufacturing) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gopalpur Industrial Park (GIP), Odisha. The role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations for TOPCon solar cells, including planning daily output, managing production lines, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency targets.



Day-to-day work includes coordinating shift activities, monitoring process parameters, resolving production issues, and collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance. The role involves implementing standard operating procedures, driving continuous process improvement, and supporting scale-up of new technologies and products. The position also includes team leadership tasks such as mentoring supervisors, managing workforce allocation, and reporting key performance indicators to senior management.

Experience: 12+ Years in Solar Cell Manufacturing, with a minimum of 3~5 years of hands-on TOPCon solar cell manufacturing experience (mandatory)

Role Overview: Lead end-to-end production operations for TOPCon solar cell manufacturing, with responsibility for plant ramp-up, process optimization, yield improvement, operational excellence, manufacturing efficiency, and overall production performance.
