Business Development, Sales and Corporate Event Management.

Position - Business Development Executive Intern

Internship Duration - 3 Months

Internship Type - Unpaid Internship with Performance-Based Commission

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Working Hours - 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

* Identify potential corporate clients for CXORound
* Research companies and decision-makers
* Find relevant contacts in Marketing, Events, Business Development and related departments
* Conduct cold calling and LinkedIn outreach
* Send emails and WhatsApp messages to potential clients
* Understand client requirements




* Follow up with prospects
* Schedule meetings with interested clients
* Maintain lead and follow-up records
* Support proposal preparation
* Generate new business opportunities
* Work with the team to convert leads into clients

Commission and Performance Opportunity
This is an *unpaid 3-month internship*.

If an intern successfully generates and closes a business deal during the internship, they will be eligible for commission on the deal, according to CXORound's commission structure.

After successfully completing the 3-month internship, candidates with valuable performance may be considered for a paid, performance-based position, depending on their results and contribution.
